They live on a quiet road in a residential neighborhood off the bustling main streets of Ho Chi Minh City. An English teacher, Chi is delighted to share her home and cuisine with visiting foreigners looking to learn more. Her traditional caramelized claypot fish, which takes several days to prepare, is a specialty! Enjoy an authentic home-cooked Vietnamese meal at her dining table while Chi shares more about Vietnamese culture and cuisine. If you book a cooking experience, join Chi in the kitchen for a hands-on cooking lesson during which you prepare cha gio (crispy fried pork and shrimp spring rolls) and a traditional soup.
